Hi everyone, we have been trying for over 4-5 months to have a baby. I also suffer from health anxiety and the last couple of months I have been very down. I do not want to take medication as I am trying to have a baby. Now, I feel like as I am tracking my ovulation my health anxiety is creeping up again.
For the past 4-5 months I have been tracking my ovulation and I always get a smiley face on day 11. Today I am day 12 and NOTHING, I even took the ovulation test out to see the lines and I couldn't even see another line whatsoever!!! I am so scared right now and I don't know what to do!!! Why is this happening!!! Could it be this way and tomorrow be a positive or is it usually a gradual process?

Anyone who can chime in I would greatly appreciate it!

Thats the same thing that has been happening with me. One day I get a smiley and then the next day absolutely nothing. I tested again the following day and got a positive again. You have to make sure you are taking it the exact same time every day. I made the mistake of taking one in the afternoon and then the morning the next day and got different results. I also heard that you should take it in the afternoon instead of fmu. Also, sometimes your urine may be too diluted that the opk doesnt detect the surge. I would test again in the afternoon!!!

I hope this gives you some kind of hope. I know its frustrating!
