Please help need advice ladies :-)

Hi ladies,
A little info here - I used soy isoflavones this month cycle day 4-8 and been taking conception support, tested with cheap
Ovulation sticks and clear blue digi ones since cycle day 17 (as I'm usually 35/40 day cycle) had neg very day and empty circle then on cycle day 21 I started spotting brown & pink with tons of discharge (never had this before) so took a digi yesterday cycle day 22 and empty circle the cheap 1 was a little darker then the other days, well the spotting got heavier just brown tinged discharge but loads of it so did a digi this morning and got a flashing smiley face (whooooooo) according to ff I would ovulate cycle day 23 which is today.... What do I do now lol keep testing to solid smile? And dtd every other day? Or? I'm so clueless, my problem is I hardly ever ovulate so this is all new to me and never had ovulate spotting before either I'm guessing it's the soy tablets that's made me ovulate, does any one have any advice for me please Thankyou xx
