please help - possible molar pregnancy?

Hello all... I am in need of some advice
I had my first baby 7 months ago by c-section, I fell pregnant shortly after but due to complications after the section I terminated the pregnancy. My stomach healed and I was given the go ahead to try again for another baby.
I took the morning after pill a few weeks ago because I felt I wanted to give myself a few more months before trying again.
However.. I got a positive pregnancy test and was over the moon! I went for an early private scan just to check everything was okay, I was only about 4 weeks so they couldn't see much, just a 5mm sac.
As well as that she also saw a "multi cystic" area. She said she wasn't sure what it is but retained products of conception or molar pregnancy couldn't be ruled out.
I took the photos from the scan to the GP to get a follow up scan booked at early pregnancy - the GP seemed to feel it was retained products because following the termination I didn't quite feel right (sickness, stomach flutters, headaches, took a long time for my period to return) - but she booked me in for Thursday to be re scanned.
I am so worried - Can anyone give any advice on this?

I've never had a molar pregnancy, but I'd say it's more likely some ''leftovers'' of your previous pregnancy. Molar pregnancies are really rare, like 1 in 1500, so try not to worry to much and let us know what's the verdict
