First off, I would like to know which should I take of these two vit. supp. one is a prenatal, the other is a women's multi, but they are dif. when it comes to what is all in them. Then, wanted to know people's thought's on the comparable men's multi I got hub's and whether I should get something different. Then I have photo's of the EPRO and the zinc sup. for us that I got and would like to know thoughts on those as well as dosing regimen advice. As far as the prenatal and multi for me, should I alternate which I take daily to get the benifit of both of them maybe? please help so confused. And if any can recommend an affordable and good quality l-carnitine, CoQ10, Omega 3's, Vit c and E for us, I would truly appreciate it! The L-carnitine and CoQ10 are for the hub's but was advised that I should take the CoQ10 as well, and told that the vit c and e are good for hubs, and the Omega 3's are for both of us as well, bc most multi's and prenatal do not have them added in their formula's. Thanks for your help!

(Not sure why some of them went sideways, bc they were upright before I uploaded, sorry for the inconvenience) :flower:

I'd say definitely ditch the multi vitamins and take a prenatal if you're ttc. All that you and baby need is in the prenatal! I can't help much for the other supplements! All the best! Xx

Hi Amber
We went through IUI almost a year ago on just prenatals and I ended up adding the following to boost the prenatal vitamin (I swear by Solaray's Baby Me Now):
-Ubiquinone (him/her) - sperm and follicle
-Vitex - hormones
-SelenoPrecise - reproductive system (him/her)
-EPA/DHA
-Zinc (him)

Other than that, I would focus on brands that have a high quality production standards. I like Solaray and Pharma Nord's products better than most because I know the quality is top of the line. We are due in a month, so that is exciting. Good luck and remember that quality always pays off in the end.

And I promise these are the last ones, lol. Something about trying to conceive makes me feel like I'm going nuts! Just me? LOL:shrug:

Im assuming that u are ttc since u taking primrose oil (for ewcm production)

I would take the prenatal if u have to use one; however, next time get a prenatal that has folate. Folate is more absorb-able and better than folic acid. There are many articles about it if u are interested to see the difference in depth.

Not sure why u taking zinc but my doctor told me to never take zinc if u are not deficient. When i was taking zinc, my hair was falling like crazy and thats when i had the convo with my doctor.

I dont take prenatals because they increase my appetite so here is what im taking; Folate 1000mg, Fiber, D3, B12, C, E and Biotin.

Yes, we are trying to conceive, those that is why on the Evening Primrose, but it seems a little scary to me, bc they say to ONLY take it the first half your cycle and then stop. The zinc is BC it's "supposed" to help with fertility. I have zinc in both my prenatal and the multi, so I"m not taking any extra, but Hub's multi, according to what he should be taking to help sperm health isn't enough, so I got a separate one to add in with his regimen. I wish that there was just a product that was that "come one come all cure all" that everyone got pregger's after using it....now that would be so much easier! But, I'm just trying to give both of our fertility health a "boost" and there is ? as to Hub's sperm, count and all that jaz.
