hi ladies:happydance:
i'm waiting to trying to conceive till august as huby works out of town..i'm taking my pre ttc vitamins and supplements.:coffee:..
and will try to conceive my first baby...:crib:
i am also taking evening primrose oil to help fertility and cm,, i want to know should i take EPO until ovulation or can i take it full cycle..
i have heard it may affect implantation but i,m not ttc this cycle..any opinions

EPO is mainly used to bring your prolactine levels down. High prolactine may block ovulation. If you conceive, your body will be releasing prolactine naturally, therefore there's no need to take it post-ov. I don't think you need to take it during your whole cycle even if you're not ttc as the main reason for taking it is to get you ovulating. Once you've ov'd there's no need to take it.

i've read once you ovulate to stop taking epo. it can cause uterine spasms and prevent implantation.
