Please share with me your typical day of meals

I NEED to start a diet like tomorrow! I feel shite! Baby is 3 months now so no excuse! I am not starting any clubs or anything but i am going to eat healthy and go to a caveman/woman training session once/twice a week. I dont have time for a gym anymore.

Would you kindly share with me a typical day of your diet please?

I love my food!! I need to make it as easy as poss because i will just give up else. :flower: xx
 
Breakfast: Iced protein coffee with 1/2 a w/wheat bagel with soft cheese
Snack: Banana or cashews or apple with p'nut butter
Lunch: Sweet potato mash and mackerel
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Chicken, salad and feta cheese
Post workout: Protein shake
 
B: Silver dollar pancakes (whole wheat) & turkey bacon or a runny egg, or alternately a whole wheat bagel with 1 pat of butter & a piece of fruit

L: sandwich & fruit (usually 1 ounce deli meat, 1 slice fat free cheese and weight watchers bread)

D: tonight it was a steak salad with homemade biscuits (it varies though from pasta, chicken, potatoes, bread etc.)

During the day I snack on fruit and veg and at night I'll have cheese and crackers or a low fat ice cream of some sort

Make sure to watch your portion sizes, I found that I was grossly overestimating my foods when I first started, I was shocked by how much I was really eating
