We've been nattering about this for a while, thought I would get something up so we could figure out what to do.

Might be worth seeing how many folks have older LOs incase it would be better to goto soft play instead of coffee shop :)

Gasp! I live in Plymouth too! Youd be suprised how many people have no idea where it is!!

Me and Elliott would love to meet everyone. I hope some more people reply.xx

I'd be up for this too! I do have an older toddler though! (21 months)

Me of course!!
I have a little tiny baby :) and a toddler.Soft play would be easier for me,Ophelia is not so much a fan of coffee shops these days ;) x

hi all - where do you usually meet? i might come along :)

We met up at Dinky's in Exeter a few times, but it's a bit of a mission for the teenies... coffeeshops in town - but will look for a softplay somewhere unless there's any suggestions.

How many are stuck for transport?

ETA:

Fort Stamford have a softplay n wot not, but it's out at Jenny Cliff > https://www.fortstamford.co.uk/ > https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=PL9 9RN
or
Marine Aquarium have softplay
or Jump @ Crownhill > https://www.justplymouth.co.uk/jump/index.php

Maybe when the weather's more dependable we could goto the donkey sanctuary or something :)

The marine aquarium softplay looked a bit for older toddlers when we went there recently? I didn't look too much at it because you know when you make a snap decision on a glance? It just seemed more for 3 year olds upwards (or 2.5 plus at any rate!) so I didn't really pay much attention to it..

If people can drive out that far then the softplay at trethorne leisure farm near launceston is really really good.. https://www.trethorneleisure.com/

Being without toddler - I have no input into where-softplay

I'd be happy to go upto a launceston-ish meet too (close for me), but there are quite a few people without cars who've missed other meets because they've not been in the city... so going to try and make sure something happens there - especially because most people didn't turn up to the last one which was only moved to make it easier for those that were AWOL ;)

I'm hoping someone will have a suggestion for venue - I can eat cake anywhere :haha:

ok cool, I'm happy to come in to plymouth!

I'll have a think as to where is good!

Plymouth is pretty much the furthest I would go upwards, once I'm over the bridge I get scared :haha:

I've just had a look at the Jump website mentioned above - https://www.123jump.co.uk/our-plymouth-site - it looks great!! There's a specific under 3s softplay bit too which would be good for knowing there won't be lots of older children jumping around too!

What sort of date were people thinking of? I can do weekdays or weekends, wouldn't mind it either being soon or much later, I might be a bit busy hopefully in 5 weeks time! :D

Soon I hope :)

I can't do Friday mornings but otherwise flexible :)

Soft play at the aquarium isn't too bad for toddlers, Ophelia was in there when we went to the aquarium at the end of January.
Also there's a new-ish softplay centre at Estover called Drakes Den which I've heard is good.

I'm happy to meet anywhere in Plymouth. We can do any day apart from Tuesdays or Thursdays (and some Wednesdays). Would be lovely to meet everyone.xxxx
