PMS V Pregnancy signs

I am having normal sore boobs, back pain and odd cramps.

Could any of this be pregnancy rather than PMS?

It is so tricky to tell. I have sore boobs too, but I have no idea when to expect my period this cycle. Argh!

It just seems to be lasting a bit longer than normal but I think it is just me hoping against the odds.

Going purely by CM, I think I am about 17 or 18 dpo, been having symptoms for about a week now. I am scared to test / build hope etc.

Sorry if this is too much info but my cervix has gone high today.

My symptoms were like milder versions of PMS (boobs felt full but didnt hurt, very mild cramping, very tired!) as i used to get PMS symptoms quite bad a week before so knew something was different this time 'round xx

any of those symptoms could be af or preg!

i think its time to test if you are 16 or 17 dpo!!!

I saw your latest test.... looks BFP to me!

BFP and I can't believe it.

After your advice ladies I went to find a test and couldn't find one so tried a opk, I had heard that they'd come up positive if your were pregnant and it did - so of I went to boots to buy a proper hpt and got a pack of two and both are positive!

I am very nervously excited.

So for me there is no real diffrence between very early pregnancy symptoms and Af pains other than it has lasted a bit longer normally I'd expect AF a few days to a week max after the pains start. It must be about 10 or 11 days since I started to get achy.
