Pointless thread but I'm excited!!

I'm kind of new to this single parenting thing...Split up with FoB 3 and a bit weeks ago, mutual decision as we were arguing a lot and it wasn't fair on Lucas, were still friends and he sees Lucas almost everyday at the minute. (Through the week he is trying to collect him from nursery while I'm still at uni then take him to the park for half hour before bringing him home..just so he has chance to see him)

Anyway Lucas and I have been staying at my parents, which is fine, I love my family and they are so supportive but it's made me feel a bit like I'm in limbo because I'm sharing a room (and a bed most nights) with Lucas and my clothes are in bags and suitcases so I feel like I'm not living properly or moving on

Well today I have a 2nd viewing on a house for me and Lucas and I am so excited It's perfect location, walking distance from my parents and other family members but just far enough away for them not to be round every two minutes so I can gain back my independence and have my fresh start

Sorry for the pointless post but I could actually burst with excitement!

That is awesome! I LOVE being in the house with just me and my son, when my mom comes to help I appreciate it but am a little relieved when she goes home you should be excited, congrats!

Well I'm a bit annoyed really, there was a man turned up to view the house at the same time as me today and before we even got through the door he said to the agent 'I'll take it'. I felt like crying but I have calmed down now and have four more houses to view this week so hopefully I'll find a new one

God, I'd be annoyed if that happened to me. Still if you've got more houses to view you might find one thats even better for you hun.
