pointless thread really, names people use for their babies/children

each to their own but i really don't like it when i see people refer to their babies as 'little soldiers', i don't know why but it just grates on me. i've seen loads of other names too that i can't remember now, maybe i'll start saying these phrase when my baby arrives we'll see!

i hate little prince/princess i dont know why it just makes me think of a little spoilt brat who gets what they want... and little soldiers i dont really like either children arent for the army!!

i have an Emily who is Boo (she actually did look like Boo from monsters inc when she was a toddler..) a Jacob that is formerly known as Bub. And this one at the moment gets alot of names, some of which i wont type as he gets called them when he hurts me, lol. But usually its Ben, will you stop that etc... lol
But yes, mine are little monsters too, and i wouldn't swap them for the world!

Im always calling my DD 'moomin' or 'monkey bum' no idea why, they just pop out I dont even mean to say it most of the time. When I call her a monster she tells me shes not a monster but a princess. Bless her! xx

I can't stand when ppl call their kids "buggars" or anything derogatory. And I hate on FB when ppl get frustrated with their kid and say something like, "Anyone want a free 2 year old?"

My DS gets called monster / monkey or when refering to him in the 3rd person on say facebook as little man. As you can see from the avatar he quite likes being called monster and even asked for it when having his face painted.

My baby is Shmoogli or floobs and also monkey haha! As she grows her name changes.

I call my 4 yr old girl all sorts, anything from little monkey, shnookum, chubby-bubby
Baby girl, my best girl, special girl, sweety-baby. lol
Im making the most of it, because it wont be long before shes grown up and will
be telling me to stop being so embaressing lol, At the moment she likes it and just
laughs and hugs me and tells me she loves me

My baby boy, i refer to as little man, little prince, baby boy at the moment. x
