Help? How do you create a poll?

When you write a new thread hun don't click post underneath, scroll down a little further & there is some writing, one of the options is a box to tick to add a poll & how many options for answers etc. Once you click post it takes you to the poll screen to add the details x

The only options I have available are:

Miscellaneous Options:
Show your signature
Automatically parse links in text
Disable smilies in text
