pop up restaurants for mums

Hi there,
I was just wondering; as a new mum and a stay at home mum I am looking for ways to excell myself. I am thinking of opening a pop up restaurant with my friend and we are looking for themes, and I wondered how many mums out there are interested in a 'mums night' pop up restaurant or a 'new mums night' and what would you expect of it?

It would be based in london and I would like recommendations on food/alcohol. I only thought of this as I as a new mum who wouldn't mind to go to something like this to meet new mums
