I know every baby had different appetites but was the general guide. I've heard about size of baby's palm and around two tablespoons does this sound right
8-10 months (1 serving is considered to be 1-2 tablespoons)
Cereals/Breads 2-3 servings per day
Fruits 1-2 servings per day
Vegetables 1-2 servings per day
Protein foods 2 servings per day
