Positive OPK @ 7 days dpo

Hi plz help...

I am currently 7 days dpo with a positive opk & a negative hpt..?
I am confused as hell.. I have had severe cramping and twinges since ovulation along with breasts getting more tender by the day and more n more tired. I don't want to test now until my af is due but am confused by x5 positive results on opk? Anyone else experienced this?

I haven't experienced this, but I have read that once you get a positive OPK you are supposed to stop testing because it's possible to continue to get positives after as well. I've also read that OPK tests can show positive before a pregnancy test. I hope that's whats going on for you wait a few days and test again. Best of luck!
