Hi ladies

Please can I have some positive vibes from you all? It's a long story but today I'm feeling particularly rubbish about the fact that I don't seem to be able to get pregnant and give my OH a baby when his ex could just feeling pretty low

Irregular cycles and slight pcos not helping that either

Every woman is different, and every couple is too. So just because an ex got pregnant doesn't mean that it's all you. Your time will come, and your child will be wanted and loved!

Thanks, that's so nice, brought a little tear to my eye. Going to gynaecologist on 12th May. They say he needs a sperm test just as part of the proceedure as I can't get much further with things until then. I've told him this and I know it must be embrassing for him but just need him to get an appointment and go do it, one less thing to think about....

My gyno does SAs right at her office. Is there any way he can go with you on the 12th to have it done? It might be less embarassing that way.

I wish, local little hospital is where the gynae is an then for sa he has to gp to main hospital, annoying really isn't it. I could have gone main hosp for gynae but it was an extra 60 days wait on the local little one x

Bummer, that really is annoying. There's no way you'd want to wait a whole extra 2 months for the gynae visit though. If your OH is supportive I'm sure he'll be able to understand that this is for both of you and he just needs to bite the bullet and do it! Maybe you can remind him that many, many men have SAs and it's nothing to be embarassed about.
