If you are CERTAIN you ovulated, a postive OPK indicates pregnancy (HCG is very similar to LH and the OPK does not distinguish between the two). For an OPK to indicate pregnancy it MUST be positive for an OPK (as you will often see two lines on an OPK throughout the cycle, as LH is often present). Yours is positive for an OPK, so get a pregnancy test out now girl! I first knew I was pregnant with my two by using an OPK and getting a positive at this stage, when I knew I'd ovulated earlier in the cycleGood luck!

The other thing I should mention is the people with polycystic ovaries often have LH surges without ovulation. If you have this condition, you must be certain you have ovulated - ie seen an obvious temperature shift on your chart, for you to take this as a likely pregnancy
