Possible Comlex Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst

I am very early in my pregnancy (4 weeks 4 days), and I have been having a lot of cramps on the right side, the doctor finally gave in and sent me for a very early u/s and they didnt see gestational sac(too early) but they did see a new right ovarian cyst, that they said was a possibly "hemorrhagic"... I had a repeat beta today as well, 3 days ago it was 46, today its 124.
Should I be worried??? Am I going to lose this baby? Is there a baby?
