possible ectopic or miscarriage?

I found out I was pg by blood work on Wednesday. Only reason we got checked was because I had a normal period on 6/8 then on 6-17 I started bleeding again so my Dr ordered a lab and it came back pos. On Thursday my hcg was 245 then on Saturday my lab went down to 126. I've only been spotting but it's very dark almost purplish sometimes dark red.

My first ectopic happened the same way had a period but never stopped bleeding. But my levels went up to 30,000 then started dropping before rupture.

I had a dull ache in my left side sometimes itS a pinch or cramp.

Sounds like my last miscarriage numbers =/. Sorry, but going down is rarely good.
