Possible implantation spotting???!!!

Has anyone had implantation spotting?
Im 7DPO and had a little bit of pink blood yesterday when I wiped but nothing since

I had that last thursday around 7dpo am due AF today but nothing yet not even a sniff...but i have done tests and they have been negative...i guess its a case of wait and see for me
