Possible miscarriage? (Photo attached)

I was recently having lots of pain and diagnosed with ovarian cysts so when I passed this clot/tissue, I had assumed it was related to that but I am now beginning to wonder if it was a possible miscarriage.

did you know you were/are pregnant? I don't think cysts would cause this. I could be wrong. But I would suspect it's a miscarriage. If you have a test I would take it. If you didn't already know you were/are pregnant. One of my miscarriages kind a look like this. Sorry don't have a better answer. Hugs

If it is a miscarriage I would think a pregnancy test could still be positive. And if it's positive I'd recommend seeing a doctor

This looks exactly like the things that came out of me when I was miscarrying, so it does look like tissue has come out. Talk to your doctor though.
