possible pregnancy advice?!

Hi ladies,
Unfortunately 7 weeks ago i had a miscarriage at 7 weeks, my doc put me on the pill 3 days after, i am due 4 my 2nd period since the miscarriage, i stopped taking the pill 3 days ago and i haven't started bleeding yet? Is it possible I've gotten pregnant again? Or is it just my body?

I'm sorry for your loss, Jenna.
From what I understand, you can be VERY fertile in the month following a MC, but the odds of getting pregnant while on birth control are slim if you have been taking the pill every day.
I would think that you would have had to skip a pill earlier in your cycle to get pregnant, not 3 days before your period is due. However, I'm not sure how BC works, really...is it possible that quitting your pills 3 days before your period was due triggered ovulation? No idea.
I would try POAS and see what happens...call your doctor if you get BFNs for a week and no period?
