Possible pregnancy cycle?

Have u ever had a different cycle with subtle but noticeable changes? Mine is so different this cycle

Very little cramping(which I’m not complaining)

Normally nearly doubled over cramping first 2 days

Bled thru a super tampon and soaked a thin pad in 3-4 hours yesterday

My question is.......Is it possible to have a “miscarriage” before a “missed period”? What would cause the cramps to suddenly slow down in intensity?

Don’t get me wrong I’m enjoying less cramping but not enjoying the extra bleeding

Would a chemical pregnancy cause a lot more bleeding than usual and less cramping?
