Possible pregnancy symptom??

Last night while laying in bed I had a sharp pain shooting from my left lower abdomen up the almost my bbs. This morning I am having the same thing but it is like stabbing all over my abdomen, upper and lower. I am 6 days away from period and got a bfn this morning. Is this possibly a pregnancy symptom? This is not a usual symptom of af for me. She usually has pretty distinct ones.

At about 1 DPO a had that EXACT same shooting pain and I was pregnant!!! You are TOTALLY pregnant! H&H 9 months to you!! 😀

Af is 2 days late and I'm still getting bfns! I am so confused!
