Possible tubel

I was wondering if anybody has ever had an ectopic or tubel pregnancy? I have a lot of pain on my left side and around a week or two ago i was told i was having a possible misscarriage but my hcg levels are the same as about a month pregnant, my stomachs killing me and i feel like im going to vomit every few seconds, i feel dizzy, and it hurts ALOT to cough or to even move. Somebody please help
