Possible twins???? 5 weeks

Hi all !! I'm new to the boards and was wondering if you guys could tell me if this looks like twins to you? I am a labor and delivery nurse and some of my coworkers did an ultrasound with our tiny machine on our unit... We think we might see two but can't get hb yet. What do you think ??

Could be, but I also had this at the start and it turned out to just be a blood clot x

Ya it'll depend what grows in each sac...my girlfriend had that but only 1 baby formed...the other was just an empty sac...

i had something like that and it was a pocket of blood which is common...
