My hospital provided me with a few pairs of disposable mesh underwear which was awesome, it was sooo comfy and I wish I had more for at home.
I just bought some cheap low rise bikini style underwear for at home and it hasn't bothered my incision at all, but I've also had very little pain/issue with my incision
