Post MC Trying ttc confused

Hi!!!! I had a d&c almost three weeks ago. I was 6 weeks. after the go ahead from my Dr i tried again 2 weeks later and i think it was pos ovu test at that point, but i still had light positives on hpt. I had faint lines till this am when i got my first big fat neg on a digital. Annoying. But here is my question....do you think since i am only 11 days past the time i tried last i could get a positive in the coming days on a new preg??? Or is this just wishful thinking and ill just be trying gain next month. Its soooo confusing and i am obsesssed with tests (insane i know)
