So i have a question is post ovulation dip and then rise a good sign? I normally have pretty low temps after o but it usuallly doesnt dip past the cross hairs on ff. Two days ago it did and it kind of worried me. I was unable to temp yesterday because i lost my thermometer so i dont know what my bbt was for yesterday but this morning my bbt had spiked up higher than before like even higher than it was after ovulation. I'm not sure what that means? Does anyone have a clue?
Side note: I also noticed a thick stretchy milky cm. I never ewcm like i think ive had it once like my whole life and it looked like that only it was milky instead of white. Ive been reading online and they say its a good sign of pregnancy but who knows. AF is due in 3 days guess ill wait and see if she decides to come. I hope not... hoping to get a BFP
