Post partun pregnancy symptoms? Depo provera side effects?

Hello all, my son is onw month old. Since he was born my bf and I have not had sex. I gave him a handjob once but thats it. He finished on my stomach and that was it.
I was also alrwady on tje depo provera ahot for about two weeks at the time. Anywho, I've been javing some early pregnancy sympotoms. Nausea, headaches and the strangest is my stomach has gottwn pretty hard.
Now I've heard that some of what I'm experiencing is depo provera side effects.
I know I'm most likey not pregnant so what I'm asking is, after yoy give birth, can you get these symptoms? Or does this sound like side affects from the shot?

I'd say side effects from the shot, I did get some headaches pp but I put this down to hormones settling back down again x
