Hey ladies. I gave birth to my first child seven months ago. I exclusively breastfed up until November and completely stopped breastfeeding November 8th. I haven't had a postpartum period yet. We are not trying but also not preventing but really itching to get started. (Just waiting on a sure sign that I'm fertile again ) Well two mornings ago I woke up with some brownish spotting on my underwear but that was it. I ironically had a doctors appointment yesterday and did a pregnancy test and it came out negative so I don't think that is the case
Did any of your first postpartum periods start out with just spotting that went away? Should I count that as my first pp AF ?
