My almost 3 year old DD has been pooping in the potty for about 6+ months now. Not a single accident with pooping, she always lets me know even out in public.
Yet she won't tell me she has to pee and won't try to go herself, I can usually get her to pee about 3-4 times a day but that is it. I feel like I'm messing something up, it wasn't this hard with my oldest!
I've tried just about everything, but at the moment I feel she'll be in diapers until she is 18 :haha:
Does anyone have any advice I can try?

Does she wear regular underwear or diapers on a daily basis? If she's peeing in the diapers then for her, there's no need to even go to the actual potty, because diapers are soooo absorbent she isn't feeling the discomfort of the wetness. If that's the case I'd throw out the diapers (for daytime) put her in underwear and I'll bet she gets the hang of it quickly!

If she's in underwear all day already, maybe just have a chat with her. Reinforce the good behavior with the #2, and just calmly explain you know she can do it and be really positive about it! Then I would seriously just start over from step one- take her potty every like 15 minutes and when she pees make a big deal of it! Then slowly space it out more over time.

Good luck!!!

In addition to the above, at 3, she should be able to change her own clothes, especially if you put her in pants with no fasteners. If she's in diapers, I'd be sure to buy pull-up style and put her in charge of changing her own wet diapers. When ready to ditch the diapers, I'd have enough for another couple days, show her how much is left, and then tell her I won't be buying more since she's big enough to use the toilet. If she's not in diapers, I'd put her in charge of clean up and changing. I'd of course help, but I'd make her feel like she's doing most of the work. It wouldn't be punitive, just matter of fact- when we make a mess, we clean it up.
