Has anyone successfully got rid of their little pouch of flab below the naval and above the scar.
Mine feels like an old man's overhang and my trousers and undies roll underneath it so it looks like it sticks out more.
I don't need to have a 6 pack or be completely flat because I wasn't before but I'd like my clothes to sit better than they are doing now!!
(Belts don't work either!! )

I have had 3 sections. First two I dint remember any sort of overhang or pouch but this time I had one. I hated it but once swelling went down it vanished. My tummy still sticks out above the scar but it's going as the weight does. But I don't get big. At most I looked 5 or 6 months pregnant. My neighbours didn't knowi was expecting. I think it depends how much skin had stretched. If the pouch is just skin then there's not much hope but if there's fat in it then I'm site exercise will help. I hate my body after birth. ...avoiding mirrors until I've lost enough weight😁

I swear by this: https://www.bellefit.com/

That plus nursing really helped shrink my belly. Good luck!

Hi! You may want to try a C-panty. It serves as compression underwear while protecting the incision scar.

Do they really work? I was looking at the postpartum belts/gridle (bad spelling sorry) are they worth the cost? How soon after a c-section can you use them?

I started using mine almost right away. I think they're worth the money. You'll be in your pre-preg clothes immediately.

I call it my c-section shelf lol
It went down but never completely went away after my son so I'm not too hopeful this time. I used one of the compression belts last time.

I am in my prepreg clothes but this blobby bit refuses to leave. I know I could lose more weight ( I've put on a bit since I stopped nursing) but it never went while I was nursing. Its not just skin, I can feel "stuff" so to speak. I think I'll just have to grin and bear it but I will try the bellefit too!

My SIL has a completely flat tummy after 2 sections. She's given me a compression belt to wear this time. Mine wasn't too bad after my first section and I think it would have went if I had put some effort into exercising and losing weight!
