Good lord!

I'm nauseas on and off the whole day but I have yet to yack when the sun is still up. But at night, right after I crawl into bed, it hits me and I have to move pretty quickly. Not a lot ever comes up - mostly just a lot of noise making, chest pressure and it kills my throat. I know there is no such thing as a pretty puker but I take the cake. Tooting, squishin out extra discharge (TMI). Nasty! Nasty stuff.

I have been taking my prenatal at night because I hear that's a good time to take it if you're nauseas all the time but I think I need to get different ones (these ones are quite herbal and have a taste). That or eat more when I take them.

Anyone else suffering from late night symptoms?

Jeepers. I thought I would be dewey and glowy when I got pregnant but not dewey purely from exertion!!

Xx

Havent been nauseous yet. Didnt want to read and run. How far along are you?

I have the midnight sickness. Would feel awful during the day and be sick at night.

I had this with ds and with the last pregnancy. I now have traditional morning sickness along with all day nausea... and the occasional evening episode like yourself.
It sucks, but it's normal unfortunately.
Xx

I am really similar, nauseous all day but really bad at night. I keep a metal bowl beside my bed and one beside the couch, because I can retch on and off for a couple of hours - if I get up I will vomit, if I stay lying down with the bowl there 'just in case' I can usually prevent the vomit....
I switched to a prenatal which you take twice per day and it is a bit less harsh on my stomach. The first one is OK after breakfast or lunch, the 2nd either after supper, at bedtime, or if I am feeling really terrible I will skip it because it will make me throw up.
Hope we feel a bit better soon :(

I've found myself on and off nauseated all day long with the notable exception that around 7 or 8 p.m. I get horrible unrelenting nausea that I end up falling asleep to. I always feel fine in the morning and even do fine when I have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Our bodies are so weird! I can't wait for the 1st trimester to be over so I can feel more like myself.

In my first pregnancy, I switched to gummi prenatals around week 7 until maybe week 11. Way easier on my stomach. I do the herbal prenatals too and yes, they smell a bit more. I figured it was better to get some of a probably lesser quality, gummi prenatal in me, then puke up an herbal one. Good luck, honey.

Do try to eat something a little while before you take your pill. Like a slice of toast. Something bland and dense. I find that thta's helped me keep mine down. Although that will only be helpful if the prenatal is the problem. I personally had to get a script for Zofran to even be slightly functional. Oh the joys of MS

I'm with ya! It's the absolute most worse at night!! I had to experiment with the prenatals different times of the day and different brands.......the one thing I noticed that helps is taking them with some toast with a bit of peanut butter and banana or plain crackers ......this is m 3rd and I'm only almost 6 wks and already feeling like total garbage, my last pregnancy it didn't kick in until the 2nd trimester and lasted a few months .....my first I just got sick after heavy meals but nothing horrid.....this baby is takin me down!!

Ya I had zofran with all pregnancies also, trying to be as clean as I can with his one and not take any the of meds such as zofran or allergy , etc.....my last baby had a lot of medical issues and I have no idea what caused it, all I know is I'm trying my best to stick to all natural remedies, so if anyone has any good ones let me know!

I have it pretty bad. I'm on three different antiemetic meds now, zofran, diclegis and phenergran suppositories. Its absolutely miserable.

Last night I forgot to take my diclegis. Today I am so sick, I called the doctor. If I am not better in the next 45 mins, I'm supposed to go to the ER. I HATE hospitals so I am dreading that, but its looking grim. She also had me take one of each of the above meds, all at once. You'd think it would knock me out, all that nausea medication, but nope, just sitting here on the floor of the bathroom with a blanket and my computer.

This is awful. I am so not a cryer at all, but its taken me down to tears a few times. I usually LOVE being pregnant, and have never been sick like this. This time, its really hard to enjoy it because I am starving, dehydrated and too damn sick to do anything about it.

I started feeling nauseous even before I found out I was pregnant, so I've felt this pain right from the start. If you're not already taking the gummy vitamins, try it. I find it easier on my stomach. Also my saliva seemed to be the cause of me wanting to throw up.. so if I wake up I reach for crackers and leave it in my mouth for awhile then chew and swallow. I leave snacks all around me because the nausea is worst when I'm hungry. I also get dizzy if I don't eat.

My last two pregnancy I was on zofran and both my kids have food allergies and sensitive skins. Not sure if that came from the zofran, but I'm trying to refrain from taking any medicine.

1st tri is so rough!!! There are a few nights I have been crying too, it's just so hard and so long to get through.

My last two pregnancy I was on zofran and both my kids have food allergies and sensitive skins. Not sure if that came from the zofran, but I'm trying to refrain from taking any medicine.

I didn't take ANYTHING with my first pregnancy, my DD has lots of food allergies and sensitive to just about everything. It's probably not related!
