Powerplate - Im impressed!!

So ive seen a couple of people on here now asking about Powerplate and if they work, and a few thought they were a con ...

Just thought id update since ive now finished my 3rd week of using it (10 x 10 minute sessions) and ive lost a total of almost 5 inches from around my middle section (waist & hips) and my tummy is noticeably smaller and begininng to look firmer!!

I havent really been dieting, ive only lost 2 or 3lbs in 3 weeks so its doing something right

Its official ... im addicted!!
