I'm sure you'll be fine. My MIL ate everything she shouldn't and she has 5 healthy children, and my Mum drank all through her pregnancy with me - she didn't know till 6 months lol xx
Prawns are fine...... I've eaten them throughout this pregnancy (NHS website says they're absolutely fine to eat as well). Also, mayonnaise (used in the marie rose dressing) is fine - pretty much all shop bought mayo is made with pasteurised eggs.
Sorry but I thought you meant a prawn cocktail crisps and thought 'seriously!'. Ha ha! Glad you have asked a sensible question though as prawns can be dodgy if not cooked well
I have been having prawn cocktail (prepared by myself) about once a week since I got pregnant. So long as the prawns look, smell and taste fine, they'll be fine! (the danger with seafood is if it isn't cooked properly, but if the prawns are pink when you buy them they are pre-cooked)
One of my cravings!! And a lot of mixed advice.
I've had them twice this week. Probably won't have any more until next week! everything is good in moderation.Xxx
one of my cravings too, I've had prawn cocktails, sandwiches, wraps, in restaurants etc. I woulnd't buy them from a sweaty looking deli, but I think supermarket pre packed and nice restaurants are fine!
