Hello Ladies,
This is my first post, but we have been ttc for 2 years. Every AF seems to affect me worse and worse and I thought that I'd try join one of the forums that I have been reading for years for additional support.
I have PCOS, probably never ovulated before I started treatment. Clomid and Fermara did nothing - but injectibles (Gonal F and Pergon) made me ovulate. They were gruelling though. There was lots of monitoring, blood work and internal ultra sounds. We did IUIs with them also to increase our chances. In August I had an ovarian cautery (aka drilling). For the past four cycles I have ovulated 3 out of 4 times with Femara. But no pregnancy.
AF is due any day and I feel her coming. Hope hasn't vanished however. Until I have proof, half my mind believes this could be the time. It could be a Christmas miracle. I have delusions of taking a test tomorrow and showing a BFP to my husband as the ultimate Christmas gift. The other half of my mind knows these symptoms only can mean one thing. It's a BFN. It's a brutal roller coaster ride, isn't it?
Merry Christmas everyone.
