Hi ladies 
For a week now I have had constant braxtonhicks, by constant I mean every 5mins for hours, only time I get relief is when I am sleeping. I was hooked up to the monitor in hospital to monitor them, due to me being only 28weeks, the monitor picked up BHs every few minutes but my cervix isn't changing.
So I'm wondering could this be pre-labour?
Has anyone else had this and how long for before giving birth?
I'm just anxious to know how far I could carry on with it. My midwife just said wait until they are painful andthen go to the hospital, I'm prone to preterm labour and with my first baby I had Braxton hicks the nigh before I gave birth, with my second it was a week before. so I have actually lasted longer then both of them.
I know each person and labours different but it would be nice to hear your experiences
