preconception preperations (DH with low sperm counts)

hey there ladies,
newbie here , mom of 3 yr old girl ...pretty excited already ...DH had a SA about 4 yrs ago with normal counts but on lower end.
im having him take multivitamins
l-arginine 500mg
l-carnitine 500mgs
selenium 100 mgs
vit e 200mgs
vit c 1000mgs
folic 400mgs
zinc 15 mgs

anymore suggestion , and did anyone try this with success???

Cut out all alcohol and if he smokes get him to stop. Cut down on any unhealthy food and look at the underwear and trousers he wears. The looser the clothes, the cooler the testicles, the better the sperm

well, he doesnt smoke nor drink and he wears boxers ..i guess im half way there

No hot baths or showers and if he rides a bicycle then he should rather stop for now.
