When did you begin? After O or after a positive test?

I start my Prednisone 10mg on the day I take my trigger shot. What about you? When do you start yours, and what dosage? What other medications do you take?

Last month I had a chemical but did not begin prednisone till after a pos test and was 5mg. I am wondering if I should talk to my doctor about starting earlier and maybe a higher dose.
No other meds for implantation but am gluten free and on thyroid meds.

What was your doctor's rationale for starting the prednisone? I'm honestly not sure why my doc started it for me, other than perhaps to further decrease my immune system since I have high NK cell activity.

I have elevated NK cells, but I have endo and they go together. I have had several early loses, which is why I am trying it.

Ahh, that makes sense. I wonder if elevated NK cells is the only reason they would prescribe the Prednisone. I know one of my REs (I have two...) isn't keen on the idea of me taking it. She also isn't very fond, or at least aware, of the intralipid infusion protocol.
