Hello there everybody,

Im laura, Im 21 and ttc!

I have started taking the Pregnacare Conception tablets and just wondered if anybody else was taking these and if they helped at all??

Hello Laura This is our second month TCC and I've been taking these for the past two months.

I noticed my pee was neon yellow when I first started taking them but it's back to normal now. No BFP yet but I've heard good things about them & will take them up untip I see those beautiful two lines My friend (that just had her baby) suggest them for me.

well i have only been on them for a few days so not noticed neon pee yet but thanks, i will keep an eye out! lol!

Me and my partner have just decided to try for a baby when coming back from a holiday and i thought that taking these tablets might help?

How long did it take your friend to conceive? xx

She stopped her BCP in May and was pregs in September. Hopefully we'll be just as lucky x

Very quick then!! i hope so too!! Im really broody at the minute but looking after friends babys is as good as it gets for me! lol!

do you know anybody else using the pregnacare tablets? x

hi, i'm on 3rd month ttc and have been taking the pregnacare conception tablets for the last month - they turned my wee bright yellow - but i dont mind if they're doing the job and i havent had any other side affects yet.

It can only help prepare your body for whats to come, so i'm hoping this month i'll see some result from taking them. Also going to try pre seed this month which was recommended.

OOHH? now whats this pre-seed?? im a little bit dumb when it comes to this as i have only just made the big decision to try! i have read a few people talk about it but dont really understand what it is?? x

Does pregnacare help your chances of concieving or is it just to make sure that your body is ready for when you find out you are pregnant? xx

No It cant exactley get you pregnant but having the right vitamins in your body can help with reproductive help so e.g having the right vitamins in your body will help you ovulate on time, can help with your cervical mucus but also can help at early stages of pregnancy of helping your baby!

I've been taking these (and hubby taking the men ones too) for at least a year now (TTC for 1.5 years) but nothing has happened for us unfortunately

i did and people told me it make them O later than usual...and true to form my cycle was longer too...although the pregnacare ones i had tons of EWCM when i was O'ing so it was amazing for that, since i never had it when i wasnt taking them...and yes neon yellow wee, i looked at the vitamin and realised its like 400%, 200% RDA for the vitamins...i got concerned, you dont need that high doses, plus people told me they were throwing up on the tablets once pregnant..high doses thats why

im switching to the sanatogen ones - they are 100% RDA's i dont think you need more than that...its just overload. will see if my O comes back into line now..long cycles are too much for me to handle. hope i get the EWCM still...

Hubby is still taking the Wellman Conception tabs...good for him!!

Well im going to carry on with them for this month and see how they make me feel etc and then maybe try something else next month! x

Really I never knew they had higher doses of vitamins, and when I mentioned it to my fertility consultent that I was using them, he said they were one of the best ones to take and to keep using them! Think the way I see it is if they are on the market they cant be unsafe to use so just gunna stick with them! Let me know how you are getting on with the other vitamins though hun!

well i was just comparing with others and pregnacare b12 amount = 714% of RDA - that scared me...haha

just peple told me their cycles were getting really long with pregnacare. they switched brand and cycle was back on track...and no sickness on them either, so cant harm to swap...plus sanatogen cheaper...and got omega oils in it...yay

will let you know how i get on with them
