pregnacare tablets

well i have been taking the prengnacare tablets now for 3 month now . does any 1 else . and want do you think of them thanks

Hi,
I think those tablets are ideal as you get everything you need in one. I bought them but as I'm crap at swallowing tablets I just couldn't take them, they are quite big I thought! X

I've been taking pregnacare for about 3 months now and i like them. ALthough since i've been taking them my wee is often illuminous yellow!! I've heard others say that they've increased their EWCM but i haven't noticed this but they give me peace of mind that i'll have the right nutrients for my baby right from the start What do you think of them?

I've been taking the Boots own version which I find really good; they're not too big to swallow and I like knowing I'm getting all the vitamins I need for conception and a healthy baby in one tablet. I haven't noticed any side effects that I can put down purely to the vitamins as I've not long stopped the pill so my body's all out of whack at the moment.

yes been taking them for 2 weeks now, as does my hubby - we take the His & Hers Preconception ones from Pregnacare...

(TMI) i did notice my EWCM get alot more fluid a few days ago, and thats never happened to me before...it was literally dripping out whenever i went to the loo...and according to my O test i got a LH surge yesterday...so hmm...

Also i feel much better, as does Hubby

Pregnacare (conception) messed me up! I was taking them for about 4 months and noticed that I was ovulating really late in my cycle and that my already long cycle was even longer! I didnt think that the luminous pee was a good sign either - I think the amount of vitamins must have just been too high for me. The month I stopped taking them (and swapped to the Boots version) my I O'd on cd15 and had a normal 30 day cycle. This month I O'd on cd 13 and fingers crossed AF doesnt appear! I also had EWCM for the first time again - mine completely stopped with Pregnacare. I know lots of people who have been fine with them but just thought I'd share my experiences too. Goodluck! x

the boots 1 sound good .. how much are they??? .. the only side effect i have is my pee yellow. i,ve being taking them for 3 mouth now and i just hope they help me get pee

The boots ones are only £4.99 and they always have 3-4-2 on them too! xx

Think I might try the Boots ones next, thanks for the tip off! I would love to ovulate earlier & get a better LP & I really don't like the illuminous pee thing lol x

i had the same experience, i took them for two months and for those two months i ovulated really late and AF was really late, my stomach cramped up loads and i just felt horrible for those two months, stopped taking them and i ovualted right on time and AF was right on time, so i threw them in the bin.

I've stuck with pregnacare and just ordered another 3 months supply though at the end of that I may swap now after reading through this in case my stomach cramping is as a result of the vitamins.

The illuminous pee thing I could live with though it was unsettling till I discovered via B&B that quite a few women had the same thing. I found on the conception ones I was pee'ing all the time so after buying the actual pregnancy ones with the omega 3 capsules by accident one time and taking them finding I didn't have to keep running to the loo I thought it couldn't hurt if that was what I'd take when actually pg anyway and stuck with those... x

I had a look in Boots yesterday and compared Pregnacare with the Boots one's, they have mostly the same vitamins in, but the Pregnacare has slightly larger doses of everything. The Boots one's are half the price, and I noticed Sainsburys also do their own version, they look similar to the Boots. Think I will swap! x
