Hello im new to this only joined today,

Im already a mother to a little boy 18months and am almost 7 weeks pregnant we found out about 3 wks as i was feeling sick and had tender breasts. Im quite worried as i recently experienced a m/c at 13 weeks i thought that i was having a good pregnancy as my morning sickness stopped. Everything was fine at my first scan but couldnt pick up a heartbeat at 15 weeks so went to hospital to have a D&C, which was very upsetting but we felt ready to try again. The reason i am worrying is because i havent really had many pregnancy symptoms this time round and am looking for a bit of reassurance really. With my son i felt sick all the way through but apart from the few symptoms i was experiencing at 3 wks i havent really had anything else this time round. I might start to feel a little nauseous when im hungry but thats about it

Hi Lianne congratulations on being pregnant again

Cant help personally with the symptoms thing BUT neither my Mother nor my Sister had any ms in their pregnancies and between them they have had 5 healthy babies.

My colleague at work had NO symptoms at all - she sailed through her pregnancy without a hitch from start to finish and now has a lovely 12yr old boy

Oh - the nauseous when hungry thing - im still getting it - its been one of the constant symptoms of my nausea. So thats totally normal and healthy.

Hope that helps a little :hugs:

Mizze xx

thanks i just think im being over paranoid because of last time, my midwife said every pregnancy is different but cant help feeling like it because i was so sick all the way through being pregnant with my son!

Hello honey - I can't help you there sorry.
Congratulations on your pregnancy though.. I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.

How long after your miscarriage did you fall pregnant? I'm trying to find someone who fell pregnant in the same month of miscarriage that's all. xx

Hey thanks,

i had my D&C in april and i fell pregnant in may but i had what i think was a normal period in between

xx

Congrats Lianne!

I wouldn't worry abut the lack of MS. I haven't had any at all and everything is fine! I just consider myself lucky not to have suffered with it :winkwink:

Hi Lianne,

my ms has been coming and going and is only ever relatively mild, but I've just had a scan and all was well. Plus I didn't have ANY ms with my first pregnancy and that was fine :)

Try not to worry, because you really just never know. You can have loads of MS and a seemingly text book preg, but still mc and vice versa. :hugs:

Thanks for your replies its funny since i posted yesterday i have been feeling sicky on and off so feeling a little bit happier about everything! xxx:happydance:

Congrats hun. I had horrendous ms with my ds but with my dd nothing -absolutely nothing. I didn't find out I was pregnant till 8 weeks with her (very slow on the uptake there lol).

Im 7+2 and have only mild sickness. Nothing compared to previous pregnancies when I've been carrying baby boys. Boys make me sicker!!

Maybe im having a girl this time then! cus i was sick all the way through being pregnant with my son and my mum said that she was sicker when carring boys xxx
