Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hi everyone
I recently had a medical miscarriage (21st august). I DTD on the 30th of august and the 6th of september. Today I had some pink spotting and nothing since. Could this be implantation bleeding or just nothing? I'm not sure when it's possible to conceive again after a miscarriage as I'd never had one before. I was 10 weeks by dates but babies (twins) were only measuring 5 plus weeks ish if that makes any difference at all. Thanks in advance and lots of luck to you all x

I believe it is possible to ovulate as soon as 2 weeks after a MC so it could be possible implantation?

I took these tests today (top this afternoon and bottom a little while ago). Are these positives? Isnt it too early? I'm so worried if these are positive then it could be twins again due to the faint but noticeable lines. These are from two separate packs from tesco. I've taken some poundland cheapies and see nothing. I dont know which are more sensitive?

I’m sorry for your loss. After my mc I had random spotting off and on. Did you test after the mc to be sure they were bfn? I do see lines, but I’d be worried it’s just leftover hcg from your mc. I hope wrong & it’s a new pregnancy.

Thank you, I wasnt sure if it was normal or not. I've had nothing since. I did take a test which was negative. I'm not sure these are positive because the poundland ones are coming up negative x
