Well hi all it's been a long time since i've been strong enough to post on her after two mc's and the end of my marriage. its been a long old road but now I am with a fantastic new partner and got my BFP 3 days ago:thumbup:. I was amazed as we were only in our second month of ttc and working out dates we conceived within our first month! so im hoping that this time is my third time lucky baby. However my last miscarriage I had to have a d+c and they told me that I was rhesus neg blood group.
does anyone else have this and have more info or are you in the same situation as me with previous mc's ? I would to hear from you and hopefully get some reassurance. hope2b

Hi there and congrats!
I'm also Theseus negative with a previous ectopic.
As long as each time you have been pregnant, wether it went to term or not , after the pregnancy is over they should have given you an 'anti d' injection
This just stops the body fighting the pregnancy like it's a disease
Xx

I'm rhesus negative too. It's your blood type, I'm A negative, DH s A negative as well, so I don't have to have the injection, but the PP is right, it is just an injection after birth. If you are negative and your partner is positive you will have to get the shot, but your doc should ask your blood type at your first appointment.

Congrats on your pregnancy, happy & healthy 9 months!
