Pregnancy or Early PMS Symptoms?! 12DPO

AF isn't due for another 4 days or so and I've been having these symptoms since 9DPO wondering if these sound promising or if it's early PMS symptoms?

These have all been happening from 9DPO to now 12DPO

- High, Soft, Closed CP
- Lots of creamy/water CM
- Tender nipples
- Backache
- Feeling like I'm coming down with a cold but nothing shows (thanks goodness!)
- Very emotional! I cried over Cars 2 (DS favorite movie lol)
- Possible Faint BFP or could of been an evap on frer at 10DPO

I took my 4th and final round of Clomid this month and my husband and I are praying this is it. I don't think either of us could tolerate another round of fertility drugs and neither can our bank accounts

What are your thoughts? Anyone with similar symptoms and got a bfp?

I'll be testing again on Monday.
