i always have a terrible sleep and ive got SPD so i thought buying a pregnancy pillow would help me...

i only received it today so i cant say how good it is.. butt.. i did use it for about 10 minutes this morning and... oh yes.. it was so comfy!! lol.. i didnt wanna get out of bed but i was starving so food comes first

i got the Mum "E" Pregnancy pillow.. it was 40 quid but well worth it i rekon.. i really cant wait to sleep tonight!!! :happydance:

just thought id share that with everyone.. if ya having a crap sleep maybe a pregnancy pillow will help.. i'll deffo know for sure tonight though :) xx

Im considering getting one as this past while I have been getting more and more uncomfortable in bed and can't sleep very well what with heartburn, nasly nose, takes me forever to turn around in bed as well as just feeling heavy and uncomfortable.

Maybe it would help :)

they cost quite a bit of money but i definatly think they are worth it..cause i was soo comfy for those 10 mins this morning.. lol..

i got mine from https://www.pregnancypillow.co.uk/ and they have reviews with them so u can chose the best one :D

I've got a mothercare aromatherapy one; its good but as I usually sleep on my back I am having a hard time getting used to it! The lavender smell is lush though!

the aromatherapy one sounds good :D .. ive always lay on my side when sleeping anyways so thats not a problem for me.. just having really bad sleepless nights and SPD sucks big time.. so im hoping the pillow can help ease the pain and help my sleepless nights..

if not then im gunna be one physco mummy in april haha..

Im going to get one of these in the coming weeks

I had one with my son & found it a god-send

Pregnancy pillow does help with continous sleep. the days I used it I slept at night and woke up only in the morning, which is great. But I seemed to always wake up to severe back aches :--( Now sure why. So I have stopped using them. Anyone also have the same issue?

Mine was between the mum e pillow and the genii.. i thought it would be easier with the mum e pillow when i wanna change sides in the night. cause i do a lot of tossing and turning and when im half sleep i want as less hassle as possible lol.. i dunno if the mum e pillow is easier for that.. but it looks easier.. they cost a fortune though so i hope this one helps me sleep tonight lol..

My mum brought me this one as an early christmas present and i've gotta say it definitely helps sleeping at night!

The shape of it just keeps my body in a good position :)

i'm a dream genie convert and you can get them in the UK easily enough little pricey but well worth the money in my opinion.

Hi, I used the dream genii pillow when I was pregnant and it was one of my top pregnancy products it enabled me to sleep on my tummy and gave me support in all the right areas without being too bulky which pleased my husband. I also used it following the birth of my Daugther for back support and feeding it's truly fab it might be more expensive but definitely worth the money. Good luck xx

I think I will def order one today! Thank you xx

OH just asked if this is the new name for my boobs

I have a normal 'V' pillow at the moment but really need to look into something better, thanks for the ideas, Ladies.
