So I had af from 8th/9th March - 13th March and it was normal flow, bright red blood etc except I didn't get any pains and I normally have at least one day where I'm in a lot of pain. So today I woke up feeling really sick which is how I felt before I came on af. And I have been urinating frequently today too, constantly up and down to the loo. A few hours ago I had another bout of feeling very sick to the point where I thought I was going to actually be sick and right now I've got slight cramping and slight lower back ache. I feel like I'm about to get af even though I've just had it. Anyone else ever experienced anything like this?
Pregnancy/PMS symtoms a week after having af?!
