This is my fourth pregnancy, though I was only a teenager when I had my three girls previously. I am suffering the worst pain in my bum/hip area the Dr has said that it is more than likely sciatica just not fully as the pain is not going down through my legs. I have been to see a Physiotherapist twice and she has givien me excersises to do daily and suggested for me to go to Pilates groups, but I am not a big person for excersising in public with other people around me. Has anyone got any suggestions of what can be done whilst pregnant? I can barley walk and this causes a struggle as I work a full time job
