Pregnancy workout video

I want to try to be more active while pregnant because I've been feeling really tired and I'm finding my muscles don't feel as strong lately (I've been pretty lazy since I got my bfp!!! :dohh:).

Can anyone recommend an online pregnancy workout video?

I've just tried this 10-minutes workout:

I'm not sure if it's appropriate for pregnancy (especially with the ab exercises). I'm perfectly healthy and did yoga before pregnancy. My doctor told me I could exercise. I'm just not sure what's "appropriate" in terms of exercise.

Does anyone know anything about exercising during pregnancy? or have a workout to recommend?

Walking is great!
If you want, I dont see why you cant use weights (size depending on your health)

I haven' changed my routine much. I still jump rope and use the same weights. Generally, the advice is to listen to your body and anything you did before pregnancy you can do now within reasonable limits.
