Pregnant after ectopic...please help!

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in september and had both surgery and metho to treat it. we got pregnant our first month trying and now I am very scared at the possibiltiy of having another ectopic pregnancy or possibly having a miscarrage. Can any please give me some hope? I don't have my first ultrasound till the 22nd but I am not having any major cramping nor any bleeding at all. Please please give me hope!

Hi there I can't offer you any help but I also went through ectopic in Sept and lost my left tube. I am 4wks pg today, and everytime I feel a pain or a twinge I freak out that I have another one.
